Refund policy

Because every item is custom printed on demand at the time of your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selected, or ordering errors made by the customer.

When we do accept returns

We gladly offer a replacement or full refund only if your order arrives with one of the following issues:

Damaged on arrival — item is physically broken, cracked, or damaged during shipping.

Defective print — faded, blurry, misaligned, or significantly off-colour printing caused by a production error.

Wrong item received — you received a product or design different from what you ordered.

Manufacturing fault — product has a structural defect not caused by the customer

 

What is not eligible

Change of mind or buyer's remorse

Wrong size, colour, or model selected by the customer at checkout

Minor colour variation between screen display and physical print (natural in POD printing)

Damage caused after delivery by the customer

Requests made after 7 days from delivery

 

How to raise a claim

If your order qualifies under the eligible conditions above, contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

We will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days. If approved, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund
