Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

If you choose UPI or card payment, you will be redirected to a secure payment page to complete the transaction. After successful payment, you will automatically return to our website with confirmation.

How long does it take to get a refund?

We aim to process refunds within three working days after we receive your returned item. Please note that your bank may take additional time to complete the payment back to your account. For this reason, we ask that you allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before contacting us about your refund. Once your refund has been processed, we’ll notify you by email.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

No, you can place an order as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your order history, save your shopping basket, and securely store your payment details for next time. It’s quick and easy — just visit and follow the instructions.

Where is my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. If you haven’t received it within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact us at editforge11@gmail.com so we can check your order.

Why has my order been canceled?

Orders are usually canceled only if there’s a stock issue or if you requested the cancellation. We apologize if your order was canceled due to a problem on our side. In such cases, we’ll offer an alternative product and process your refund in full as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders start processing quickly, so it’s best to contact us immediately at editforge11@gmail.com if you want to cancel. If your order has already been processed, it will be dispatched, and you can return it after receiving it if you still wish to cancel.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.
